Ok..
most of you know I've been distracted..
My diabetes has thrown me for a loop and taught me a great deal about what Captain America ( aka Mr Ralston) has always had to deal with.
I always took most health issues for granted.
So I've re prioritized and my health comes first.
so please excuse me if my seminar and teaching schedule is a bit less than any of you expected..
I'll work @ getting more dates.

I've had a few spots removed...AAAUUGGHH they should have told me as a kid to stay out of the sun..

I've gone down from 38 pants to size 32..I'm buying 34's..ROFl..and they are too big.I fit into my size 32 TUX last weekend..
I've lost over 70 lbs..
I ride my bike between 10 -12 miles each day
my BP is 110 / 80.. my aLc is 5.7....below diabetic level..
and of course my eating habits are very different from last June till now..
I must eat three times a day with snacks and my food is limited..
Those of you that have been helping me deal with this THANK YOU..

Seminars: due to USD de-value and me never really pushing the new fees..I'm going to now say the increased prices are for eal...theres a price increase for CSSD seminars all the way up the line to the professional pricing..
CSSD people still pay for a 2 day block @ a one day fee.

Sounds like you are doing the right thing with your health as many do not, good for you!!! My son is on the pump for the past five years and really makes a difference.
